Above the Circle on "[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] File not found error"

Version 3.1.02
Having an issue with uploading files to categories. If I upload a file without a category the file is found and is viewable. If I put that file in a category I get a file not found error message.

I've been using this plugin for years and have never had this problem. Did something happen with the last update?
