Rob Wickham on "[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] WP-Filebase is showing all files on multisite subsites"

I have a WP Multisite with over 30 subsites. WP-Filebase is activated individually on most of them - with subfolders specified. On the last two subsites I've created, WP-Filebase > Files is showing all files from all subsites' subfolders. Files are marked as "offline" and are "Not Found" if clicked on. I'm running the current versions of WP and WP-Filebase. Avada Theme. I've checked 12 installed plugins for conflicts. WP-Filebase sync shows all files and folders as not found.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
