bsapaka on "[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] how to create a link to a category heading? make categories into html anchors?"

My files are arranged in a table format, and the rows are sectioned off by the category they belong to. It's a long list, so I would like to have a menu at the top for users to jump to a category. How do I make these menu items link to the categories, which I cannot figure out how to make them html anchors?
