bicounet on "[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Add new file : Button "Add File" inactive"

Hello,
The problem appears with the use of Flash uploader.
Here the state of the "Add File" button before downloading :
<input type="submit" value="Add File" name="submit-btn" id="file-submit" class="button-primary">
and after downloading :
<input type="submit" value="Add File" name="submit-btn" id="file-submit" class="button-primary" disabled="">

This failure does not appear with the browser uploader .
How to force the browser uploader default ?
Is there a parameter in the settings ?
