/wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase/wp-filebase.css?ver=0.3.0.05 is loaded on every page, even /wp-login.php, which is unnecessary.
Please only load the CSS when needed (e.g. when shortcode is used on the page).
I'd also welcome an option to totally remove loading of the plugin's styles.
