IOIIOOO on "[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] WP-Filebase seems to crash the Application Pool of my server"

I keep having the same issue. Pages don't load (or time out) intermittently when WP-Filebase is enabled. Deactivate and all goes back to normal. Running Windows 2008 R2 with IIS 7.5.
