Though, I would for sure try to reach out to WP-Filebase and at least make them aware of this issue. I can't 100% confirm that there are any issues with updating this plugin or if it's merely a simple aesthetic glitch. As far as I can tell it's only adding to the number of available updates. Other than that this would only be viewable from the Network Admin so only Super Admins would be able to see this. I've actually seen these "phantom" updates on a number of customers sites and it's generally been a visual glitch rather than causing issues on the site itself.
