hajarballa on "[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Prmission"

Hi
how can i put assign permission just for one user not a group of users and for each user i want that have a category or folders on my server its like ftp when a user log can see just his folders that have permition to it .
its usefull with this plugin?
